Settling-In Policy

We understand that starting school is a big transition. At ELF, parents may stay with their child for 15 minutes on the first day only to help them feel comfortable. After that, we encourage parents to say goodbye at the gate — this simple routine helps children separate with ease and settle confidently.

For the first week, we recommend an early pick-up at 11:00 am (as guided by the teacher) so children do not become overtired. In the initial weeks, we also allow for flexible arrival times, knowing that adjusting to a new routine takes time. This gentle approach ensures children ease into school life happily and securely.

Parent Partnership

ELF is more than a school — it is a community. We value open communication and partnership with families. Through Transparent Classroom updates, student-led conferences, and ongoing conversations, we ensure families stay connected to their child’s learning journey.
