Parent Engagement
At ELF, we see parents as partners in their child’s journey. Communication is open and consistent through Transparent Classroom updates, WhatsApp groups, and face-to-face conversations at arrival and dismissal. We welcome parent feedback and believe in working hand-in-hand to support each child.
Events & Celebrations
Community life at ELF is filled with moments of connection and joy. Throughout the year, families and children come together for:
– Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs) – for open dialogue and shared reflections on a child’s journey.
– Student-Led Conferences – where children present their own progress and learning journey.
– Elfpreneur – our student business fair, giving children a chance to design, create, and sell their own products.
– Seasonal and Cultural Celebrations – including Eid, New Year, Winter Festivals, and seasonal themes that bring warmth and togetherness to the community.
– Trips & Outings – opportunities for experiential learning beyond the classroom.
These gatherings strengthen relationships, nurture confidence, and create lasting memories for children and families alike.
Student Leadership & Initiatives
We believe children should experience leadership in real, meaningful ways. At ELF, students often take responsibility for special projects such as:
– A class library managed by a student librarian.
– Yoga or ballet-inspired sessions led by a student with teacher guidance.
– Special initiatives, where a new idea is introduced and a student takes charge alongside a teacher.
These experiences empower children to practice independence, initiative, and responsibility — preparing them to contribute confidently to society.
